Baekeland (Xiamen) New Materials Co., Ltd. Modified PBT/ABS Alloy is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic blend that combines the excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) with the superior impact resistance and processability of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).

Through various modifications—such as glass fiber reinforcement, impact modification, flame retardant additives, and UV stabilization—this alloy resin meets the demanding requirements of applications in automotive interiors, electrical components, and consumer electronics.

Key Features:

✅ High impact resistance — especially at low temperatures

✅ Excellent dimensional stability — minimal warpage, low shrinkage

✅ Good chemical resistance — resistant to oils, fuels, and cleaning agents

✅ Flame retardant grades available — UL94 V-0 on request

✅ Smooth surface finish — ideal for aesthetic parts

✅ Excellent processability — suitable for injection molding
